Greenstock uses sports and activity based learning as its primary tool to involve youth and make them aware of their ecological responsibilities. It is therefore of great importance, that any Greenstock activity must start with sports and end with music.

One of the crucial objectives of this activity is to introduce non-polluting sports that can be played by anyone, at anytime and anywhere without the need for special tools or gear. It places great emphasis on promoting and encouraging indigenous sports. It is universally agreed that a nation that plays more, stays healthier and accepts disciplined ecological conservation as a lifestyle. The outcomes that we have observed through the years is that a sporting group of youngsters are more receptive to new ideas and are willing to work as a team in various directions. Ecological and conservation practices are thus received better and implemented quicker with a team of youngsters who have played together.
