Srijeeta completed her studies in psychology and early childhood development from JamiaMilliaIslamia. She holds experience in development consultancy and career counseling. She is a passionate social worker with an interest in understanding human psychology. Currently, she works as a Program Development Officer.
Manisha completed her B.Sc (Life Science) M.Sc (Development Communication & Extension) from the University of Delhi, Lady Irwin College. She is a nature and environment lover. She has been associated with national and international social sector organizations for the past 9 years. She is a Development Sector practitioner with expertise in Communications.
Sirajuddin completed his studies in Master’s in Physical Education from Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education & Sports Sciences. He holds more than 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has also played rugby in the national level.
Dr. Tarun Kumar has an education background in physiotherapy. His in-depth knowledge in the field of fitness helps our students understand more scientific topics easily. He is also associated with Anytime Fitness as a sports physiotherapist.
Dr. Paul Perkins is an experienced and passionate coach, educator, researcher, and mentor. He has had almost a lifetime involvement with sport and, has worked with athletes across all levels of the sport participation spectrum. He was the inaugural National Development Coach for Boxing Australia and was later employed as a boxing coach at the Australian Institute of Sport. He has extensive experience in the design and successful delivery of coach educational training courses, and the preparation of supporting materials.
Over the past few years, Paul has been undertaking part-time Ph.D. studies through the University of Canberra and has recently graduated. His research was cross-disciplinary, covering areas extending from design and evaluation of specialised sports equipment to identification of factors underpinning long-term participant adherence to community sports programs. Through the associated reading, he has become familiar with a broad range of scientific literature pertinent to positive youth development, physical conditioning, and skill acquisition and the ways in which coaches can effectively facilitate those processes.
Paul believes in the power of collaboration and has a strong desire to help other people realize their potential through the provision of positive, rewarding and transformative sporting experiences.

Sumit has founded and heads Tanjun Associate LLP, a social enterprise solutions provider that specializes in the Skill Development space.
He has been instrumental in setting up the State Institute of Capacity Building in Sikkim (India) and was the first skill consultant in the country to attract fund participation of over Rs. 310 million from The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) on behalf of his client as far back as 2009. He now works from the Tanjun Livelihood Skill Training & Research Centre (LSTR) near Dehradun that is housed in a self-sustaining, earthquake proof, energy negative campus within an organic farm. There he uses innovative methodologies to train promising young persons from the rural and rurban landscape and finds employment for them while carrying their success stories to global audiences.
Born in the ancient port city of Dar-es-salaam (East Africa) with his roots in India, Basil N. Verghese grew up in Kenya under the tutelage of his teacher father and poet mother to finally find his footing in Australia where he skilfully uses his formative learning and deep belief in the need to promote educational and employment opportunities among the under privileged, especially for women.
He has deep understanding of challenges arising out of poverty & social conflict and provides solutions through talks, seminars, and community interactions to reduce cultural and ethic chauvinism, sexism and other forms of injustice.
During his multi-dimensional and variedly successful career he has risen from being the CEO to being the current Ambassador for National Education & Employment Foundation (NEEF).
Basil has also spent considerable time with the Ecumenical Migration Centre (EMC) Melbourne and Aboriginal Community College (Toundi) Adelaide where he successfully worked on bridging the socio-economic gap between students, educators, community groups and important persons, both at the top and bottom of the pyramid.
Basil most enjoys developing young champions from within the community whether in community sports, socio-spiritual solutions and poverty alleviation across continents and especially in Australia with many success stories to his credit.

Brad Green, Director SEDA, has 35 years’ experience in the education, training and community sector. Teaching in the education system, he has led initiatives and projects in curriculum development, welfare, VET policy and delivery, and industry partnerships. Brad has built partnerships between education and community through a range of development initiatives with community agencies. Brad’s involvement across multiple sectors has seen him manage RTOs, work within state government secondary schools, work with state sporting associations and lead community resource projects with OZ Child and a range of community organisations. Brad co-founded SEDA in 2007 as an education program that aims to improve education delivery at senior secondary level. He sees SEDA as providing high quality national education and training programs within Australia and internationally.

Satish has enjoyed the most illustrious career during and after his services with the Indian Air Force, where he served for 26 years and was awarded the ‘Shaurya Chakra’ gallantry award from the President of India.
He is a highly trained professional with an extremely reputed technical sports knowledge background especially in golf, adventure sports such as mountaineering, skiing, skydiving, rally driving as well as diverse areas such as international peace processes and man-animal conflict resolution.
His tactical skillset includes Advance intelligence processing, high altitude winter warfare, Counter Insurgency and Military level survival skill development.
During his long career spanning nearly four decades he has commanded Asia’s premier survival school, captained the Indian golf team, been in the first team to ski down Kedar dome, driven in the Himalayan car rally and redeveloped disaster damaged villages.
He is presently working in the most challenging areas of India’s North East to develop adventure sports eco-circuit consisting of skywalk, ropeway, elevated forest path, rock climbing wall, rock climbing gym, high and low rope course, aero sports, nature trail, and a mountain biking route.
Amir has worked on development issues primarily in the Health, education and agriculture sectors. Amir studied at the Institute of Rural Management Anand and has a PhD in Economics and Business Studies from the Jamia Millia University. He graduated in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Osmania University. He has worked as a Researcher for the Ministry of Finance, Government of India and the UNDP at Project LARGE (Legal Adjustments and Reforms for Globalising the Economy). He is a former Deputy Director and policy advisor to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He led a research study initiated by NBM and CII on Bamboo industry in India in 2007-08.
He is currently also a member of the Board of Governors at the Digital Empowerment Foundation and the Welham Girls School. He has been on the Governing board of the Presidency University, Bangalore. He is also a member in the Telangana Government’s Commission of Inquiry on Socio economic conditions headed by G Sudhir. Bibhu is a trained primary researcher with 20 years of experience in archival research and Publications. His key skill sets include Conceptualising projects, Designing, Evaluation (qualitative and quantitative), Network building, and leading organisations that are start-ups and establish them in their respective arena with specific brand credibility. He was formerly the Director and Senior Research Fellow at the India Development Foundation (IDF), a not for profit Research Organisation; during this period headed an evaluation project of 32 Indian NGOs who received financial and technical support from the Dutch Government. This work involved base line and end line evaluation of meeting the millennium development goals; capability assessment; and impact on evidence-based policy making. The report for India was authored by Bibhu and was accepted by the Dutch Parliament. He was the Senior Adviser, Research and programmes, at the Centre for International Development Services (CIDS).
She holds Master of Science (MSc.) Foods & Nutrition with more than 8 years of working experience in Nutrition & Fitness industry. She is carrying a valuable working experience as a leader with renowned brands such as Gold’s Gym, Snap Fitness, Anytime Fitness India, Fit 7 and currently with Hype the Gym. She has served majorly in LIFESTYLE (Disorder & Modification) sector at different platforms.
